Bernard Green

Bernard Green was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on September 7, 1953, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Jessie J. Green (Bervina). He grew up in Forthward, attended C.W. Hill Elementary School, and later graduated from D.T. Howard High School. Bernard later married Sherian Hart, and their union was blessed with one child. He loved working on cars, but more importantly, he loved lending a helping hand to those he cared about. No matter what he had going on, he was always there when you needed him. He was called home on August 10, 2025. He is survived by three sons: Tremaine Green, Nicholas Green, and Roderick Green; two stepchildren, Boosie and Shawn; nine grandchildren, one of whom preceded him in death, Tremaine Bernard Williams; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Shelia Way; three nephews, Jake Way (Joy), Quinton Way, and Donte Foster; one aunt, Earnie Dawson (Ralph); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends. Although your smile have gone and your face we cannot touch. We have precious memories of the one we love so much.
